Iskandar Residences Medini
Day-to-day building management for a condominium in the Medini zone of Iskandar Puteri.
Iskandar Residences was one of two developments I managed in this period, alongside Eco Cascadia in Setia Indah. It was the stage of my career where I moved from building administration into running sites directly.
What the role covered
Overseeing day-to-day building management, resident communication, contractor coordination and operational reporting. Supporting the site team on maintenance matters, building issues and management office requirements, and keeping communication clear between residents, management, contractors and stakeholders.
Consistency across sites
Running more than one development at a time makes the value of consistent process obvious. The same reporting, the same follow-up discipline and the same standard of service have to hold on both sites, whoever is asking and whatever has gone wrong that week.
